How can I view or print out the pdf document?
You need the free Adobe Reader to view the pdf files. Download it at http://get.adobe.com (look for “Download Adobe Reader”).
TIP: On the download page, uncheck the mark in the checkbox to prevent installation of any optional products (like McAfee or Google Chrome). You only want the free Adobe Reader, right? 
How can I view the video on my computer?
The videos are in MP4 format. You can view them with the Windows Media Player (Windows) or with Quicktime Video Player (Mac). If your player doesn’t play the videos correctly, make sure you have the newest version installed on your computer. You find the newest versions of these players here:
